My stay was amazing. The room was clean, bed was really comfortable and most of all staff was friendly.

Nice new hotel. Clean, modern rooms with comfortable beds and awesome pillows. Was next to the ice machine which was loud all night but also next to the pool and couldn't hear the kiddos at all. Was really nice.

Very nice and clean rehabbed hotel. The price is good, staff friendly and quick to assist. I had a stopper in the bath sink not working and when I passed the front desk the gentleman asked if everything was okay. I mentioned the stopper just so he could make a work order for when I check out but he stopped what he was doing and proceeded to fix it right away. Great Service!
I will add this location as a go to when ever in town...

Our hotel stay at Spark was fine. The room was overall clean, but everything felt outdated. Some of the buttons in the elevator don’t light up, the carpet is stained throughout the hotel, and the room felt old. Breakfast was left to be desired; packaged muffins and cereal with an unrefrigerated milk jug on the counter were present.

They charged extra fees I was under the impression of paying for. Breakfast very limited. As soon as we walked into our room, there was a soiled rag on the floor. Continuous smell of marijuana in stairwell.
