Our stay was wonderful! Even though they have a huge remodel going on, it was never a problem. The staff was awesome, and the noise from the remodel/refresh was barely heard (8am-6pm). There were things that they did not have while we were there (hot breakfast, pool), but that was not a problem because we knew that before we got there. The room was comfortable and clean, and we were taken care of if we needed anything. I would highly recommend this place for anyone coming to the area!

Great place to stay while visiting CSU. Easy access to the interstate. Entire hotel has been completely renovated. I would’ve given the property 5 stars but the room didn’t have bedding for the pullout couch and we had to get it ourselves, the breakfast was extremely limited, and the elevator was a bit rickety. We would probably stay there again though.

The room was clean, basically comfortable. We have never been in any state in our life that didn’t have glasses to take your medication‘s or to drink water with. That was terrible. Additionally, they’re even though they have a microwave they have refrigerator. They have no coffee pot that is also unacceptable. They have a lot of state of yard things connections for your iPhone, etc. but no glass for water. No coffee should be thought completely by management of this chain or whoever owns this. The staff was very accommodating. Also, I don’t know why the heck our air-conditioning was set at 64 and we tried to get it up to 70.

Our stay was good, though it was inconvenienced by the remodel. We expected that. Our room was clean. The commode support was lacking a bolt. There was no ice bucket or cups for water in our room. We were able to retrieve an ice bucket from the front desk. Also, the ice machine was not functioning properly. Yes, we would come back once the remodel is complete and quality up to par.

March 2025. The hotel is under a lot of construction. From the lobby, and hallways to the elevator and swimming pool (which they started working on in the 7:00 hour on a Saturday morning). Because of the construction, they were not serving breakfast instead handing out grab and go.
We can understand construction but wish it would have been made clear on the site before we booked.
In the room, we were there about 10 minutes and the cable went out on both tvs. Neither worked the rest of our stay. The front desk was not helpful with this situation at all. Our toilet also did not work. We had to take the back off and had to move the parts manually to get water into and out of the tank.
Maybe after construction it will be nice but I would not recommend right now.

So I paid online after the purchase went thru I was only then notified that it was under construction and because I paid online no refund was available. There was no laundry available, the entire second and third floor was blocked off. My fiancee couldnt even blow dry her hair without the breaker flipping off. The biggest problem was the fact that it wasn't until after I payed online for my room they tell me it's under construction. At that point I couldnt cancel or book a later date.

The hotel is in the process of remodeling but it was clean, comfortable and the staff was amazing. Jamal was amazing in helping us check in over the phone when our plans changed. The evening woman (I didn't get her name) has a great sense of humor while helping us check out. She clearly loves her job and its infectious. The remodeling is looking great, clean and modern. The hotel was quiet, did not hear other guest, or outside noise.

The hotel, first off was under renovation without any warning on hotels.com that is was so all the facilities including the dining hall were unaccessible. When I first checked in I put my bags in the room which had a faint smell of mildew and a very stained carpet. I accepted this because as I said they were under renovation. I went to dinner then came back and went to turn on my AC and found it to be disconnected and inoperable. I decided with it being late in the evening just to accept this and go to sleep. I awoke uncomroftable eith stale and mildew smelling air and went to get breakfast, was handed a brown bag with a mini water a muffin a fruit cup a napkin and a spoon.

the hotel was so dirty and smelt like black mold. Our room had stains on the floors and has physical dirt all over the furniture. the toilet was running the whole time we were there. The shower was dirty. There was dirt all over the sheets. The furniture looked like it was chewed up. We will never be back.

Employees were very rude attitudes and very unaccommodating when I had a on the inside stairs to wait for my driver to pick me up because the construction on the inside did not allow any seats for us to sit at so I had to sit on the stairwell and got kicked out for sitting there I was only there for 10 minutes and they were very rude about it and there was like four of them that came and approached me at the same time that was ridiculous just to tell me I had to leave the premises that is ridiculous I will never stay again

The hotel was under reconstruction. This was not mentioned at all anywhere before we showed up. The breakfast was bagged with no selecton. There were burn marks on the desk in the room. Panels were falling off the wall. The entire floor reeked of marijuana. The pillows were tiny. If i had needed to stay more than one night i would have gone somewhere else.
