My family was forced to sleep in the lobby at 1:00 am to wait 40 minutes for our room. Never experienced anything like that at any of the hundreds of hotels I’ve stayed at.

Nice location. Friendly staff. Unfortunately the toilet was not cleaned well and the pull out mattress was filthy so we did not use it making our stay less comfortable.

The room configuration was very odd and the tv was in a weird place because of that.The bathtub was very worn out and definitely should be replaced. Wallpaper is also peeking in the bathroom. The refrigerator made clicking noises all night. The beds were comfortable.

I chose this hotel as a first stop in the US after a long flight. It’s an older hotel but rooms are spacious and the location is quiet. Comfy bed, good curtains. The vanity is separate from the toilet & shower. Also had a fridge and microwave.
Only bad thing is the AC unit in our room was really loud! Had to turn it off so we could sleep.

Our stay at the SpringHill Suites was very pleasant. The staff was very informed of all the amenities of the hotel and the surrounding area. Everything we needed was in close proximity. The airport was close, the Mall was within couple of miles, there was plenty eateries, and lots of fun for night life.

Modern and nice, quiet, location. Great if going into Sac. Nice staff. Good breakfast included. Liked the room; only negative was uncomfortable bed. Still for the cost would stay again.
