Traveled with kids. Staff were really nice. Our room is clean. And breakfast have good option.

4 people, 3 pillows, 2 bath towels, one made bed, one bed not made and with a fitted sheet that was 2x too big. It was all just fine but this builds the opposite of loyalty. We fly in to see family yearly and we received nothing that would make us seek you out again.

Great space for a family of 4 with 2 teenagers. Breakfast was simple and good!

This hotel was amazing, from checking in to checking out. The staff were very kind, informative and helpful. The mall is a 5 min drive away and so is the airport. This hotel also provides a shuttle to and from the mall as well as the airport. The rooms are spacious, definitely recommend!

I called the property in advance to be sure we could park and fly. They said nothing about only booking on their site for this service. When we got there they denied us the service and we had to spend an extra $150 to park elsewhere.

Was quickly checked in but with no real guidance about the property. Given a handicap room that was not properly cleaned (actual dirt on the dresser) and needed an advanced degree to operate the shower. Housekeeping did not come on any of the days we were there (even after requesting it to come). My husband worked in the lobby to stay out of housekeepings way and they never came. Had to go get bedding for the sleeper bed. Ran out of toilet paper. People were friendly but not a lot of follow-through with housekeeping. Our door would not shut without us messing with the door knob going up and down until the deadbolt went back in so we could close it. Not terribly safe if coming and going with full hands. Be aware you are across the street from the airport and there will be jets taking off right above you. This wasn’t a problem since we are all heavy sleepers.

This hotel was the average type of hotel. Don't arrive before 3 p.m. unless you are a member of the bonvoy marriott travel.
