Staybridge Suites ROCHESTER – MAYO CLINIC AREA by IHG, an IHG Hotel

Everything about the hotel was great except. One price per day listed on hotels.com when I booked and price increased when I checked out. Will not use hotels.com again.

The staff goes above and beyond here to make sure that your stay is comfortable. Great place to stay if you are are Mayo Clinic patient . They provide transportation and/ or if you’re able, you can walk there. we’ve stayed here twice and will be going back a third time.

Our entire stay here was wonderful. The staff was so friendly and helpful. The Beds are very comfortable, room was clean and welcoming. I would definitely stay here again.

There is no parking other than underground paid parking. Should let people aware of that. The extra costs.

The room was very small and no area for much of anything except some hanging clothes. I had to be there a week and it was not enough room. It was very clean and the lobby and outdoor was awesome.

very nice property close to Mayo Clinic with a courtesy shuttle bus. staff was very friendly and goes above and beyond to make sure your stay is good

Hotel staff was all very nice and friendly. Helped with what I needed. Bad timing for one day the pool was being tested so no swimming but the kids survived. Cafe staff was kinda on the rude side, not friendly until it came time to pay the bill. So thinking then she decided to be nice to get a tip. Didn’t come to see if we needed anything else during our eating time. Overall though this was my second stay at this hotel and the hotel delivered excellent service and it was perfect for what we needed.

Liked kitchen space in suite, lobby activities, washer/dryer. Disliked changing room rates, no shower wands!, no handicap bars or tall toilets - not easily available??!!, & daily parking fee.

The suite was nicely laid out. The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was exceptional. The walk in shower was the best I have ever experienced. The major downside to the bathroom was it lacked an elevated toilet and grab bar which would have helped physically challenged guests
