Very good free breakfast. Staff (lady) was exceptionally efficient in keeping everything stocked and tables clean.
Only minor issues were: bed made a loud clunk each time I went to bed. Also, the light switch just inside the entry door turns on all lamps in the room. But if a phone or laptop is charging through the lamp outlets, that off switch prevents their component from charging. Overall, this hotel was a great value.

Nope! Reviews stating that the rooms smell are true. Lobby clean, but that was it. As soon as we got off the elevator it was noticeably warmer. Upon entering our room there was a strong odor in our room and floor was dirty. Ended up buying a plug-in air freshener and Lysol to help with smell.

We stay 3 days prior . Room wasn't horrible but wasnt 5 star .
This time however is wasn't close to being 2 star .
The room smelled of dog urine. I don't own dogs nor do I like the associated smell of them .
There were stains on the wall that looked like blood .
The dresser was falling apart and swelling up like it had been urinated on.
The base boards in several places wete coming away from the wall .
This hotel needs to pay better attention to Maintenance and cleanliness.

Needs better attention to Maintenance. Trim coming off wall , door wouldn't close on its own , rubbing frame . Dirty wash rag on table . Comforter had what looked like blood stains , carpet had stains . Wasn't horrendous but definitely needs addressed.

I have stayed here about a year ago and the property was in much better condition. I noticed several broken items in the room, and it looks like there was a water release event based on the ceiling drywall conditions. I did notice that they recently hired a new service/maintenance manager so maybe that turns things around. It's a shame it went downhill as I liked the condition of the facility last time I stayed.
the breakfast was always great and seems to have something for everyone.
Room pricing is reasonable, and they allow pets.
All of the staff were great, always willing to help.
If they can get back on track with repairs and bit more attention to cleaning details, then I would highly recommend.

The staff was friendly but the room floors needed mopped. You get out of the shower and by the time you get to your suitcase to grab your clothes your feet were dirty. Having to ask to get the room cleaned was inconvienent. There wasn't much around for good choices.

The front desk clerk was very personable and upfront about an issue with a couple of patients that were coming into the lobby from the nearby hospital. We also commend the front desk clerk on a great referral for where to go for dinner that evening.

Staff was very friendly and professional. Bricks falling off the building. Stains on the carpet. Mold in the shower. My door wouldn’t shut unless I slammed it. I stayed here many years ago and it was nice, but man has this place gone downhill.
