Studio 6 Katy, TX – Energy Corridor

Las almohadas son finitas y duras, las toallas muy viejas y feas, el servicio de las camareras,es muy bueno, front desk,muy bueno también, el hotel es silencioso y limpio,la llave de la habitación,siempre tiene problemas y hay q estar dando viajes al frente,pero igual volveriamos,esta bien limpio

Es un hotel mediano, la llave nos dió problemas, de vez en cuándo,tuvimos que ir a cambiarla,no tiene desayuno,solo cafe, pero esta limpio, muy silencioso,estuvimos en el 3cer piso,no se escucha nada,lo recomiendo,aunque hay otros,mas económicos y con desayuno incluido

The stay was great, other than the thin blankets, and we seen roaches in the bathroom and on the night stand next to the bed. Other than that it's great and rooms smell good

It wasn’t okay that we checked into a room that wasn’t fully cleaned and when asking the attendants that let us know they didn’t clean those areas and handed me a towel and cleaning supplies to clean the designated areas myself.

I liked that they made the bed every day and restocked the towels and washcloths.

I checked out a day early and the staff could not give a receipt for my stay, couldn't not confirm the amount to be charged and referred me Expedia for resolution. Expedia referred me back to the Studio 6 people. It was pathetic at best and appeared to be a scam setup. I have notified by Visa Fraud department regarding the charges. I will upgrade to a competently run hotel next visit. I Had several hours of grief just trying to confirm exit charges. The Staff was incompetent, nice but incompetent. Degree of getting to the facility required driving around the block because one street could not be seen in the dark and the only sign, around the corner, was in another shopping center entrance which also could not be determined in the darkness, no street just a strip mall. Your facility is behind the strip mall, not in it.

When we pulled the covers off my daughter's bed, we found crumbs and body hair on the bottom sheet. We changed the sheets. The TV picture was snowy and set to zoom. No amount of adjustment improved the bad picture quality. The bottom portion of the cubby between the beds was broken. It was pleasant to find a functioning fridge, stove, microwave and A/C. The bathroom was all functional. The parking lot was brightly lit. So bright, that it lit up the room even with the curtain closed.

Very nice clean quiet stayed there two times highly recommended staff very nice and friendly Walmart close by plenty of places to eat just a 10 out of 10
