This was really nice for the price. The rate was cheap but this was definitely the nicest and comfortable budget hotel I have been to. The customer service was outstanding. This hotel exceeded expectations and I highly recommend this motel

Room was supposed to be non smoking and it smelled like cigarettes. Beds were very small and stiff. Neighbors were very loud and playing music all night and also smelled marijuana coming from the same room.

There is not mention of a per pet per night fee. I had no issues paying this, however the room was not very clean and the whole hall of rooms where we were staying smelled like uncleaned cat litter. I do not undersrand a pet fee when the rooms already are damaged by pets. The area was basically a rent by the hour hotel and other than one other family the rest of the occupants were questionable and made us very nervous.

I stayed one night at the Super 8 on Siegen Lane in Baton Rouge and had a decent experience overall. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful during check-in, which made things quick and easy. The room was basic but clean, with everything I needed for a short stay — comfortable bed, working A/C, and decent water pressure in the shower.
The location is convenient, close to restaurants, gas stations, and right off the interstate, which made it easy to get around. It’s not a luxury hotel by any means, but if you’re just passing through or need a budget-friendly place to rest for the night, it gets the job done.
I’d consider staying here again if I needed a quick and affordable place in Baton Rouge.
