Super 8 by Wyndham Boise

Great place to stay near Mt. Rainier

Pleasantly surprised. I travel weekly. Wyndham locations don't often impress. This one is is independently owned, and it shows. Truly far above the typical Super 8.

Very small room, bed saged horribly, loud ac unit, no amenities in room

I really like that the hotel is next to the freeway. Easy access to everything. We really enjoyed our stay.

Cleaned my room spotless, haven’t received my deposit from last week. It shouldn’t take that long to get it. I’m assuming the crack head lady with gauges just steals peoples deposits.

Pre Requested a shower chair Couple extra towels Shower bars if possible No stairs Employees all but 1 were very rude I did not have the money to get a room elsewhere and I needed to prepare for my surgery And omg the mattress was awful. was reminded it was her hotel but all requests go thru Expedia for refund requests So I had to sleep in the chair

Bed was low quality, bedskirt had stains, tv didn’t work and room smelled heavily of perfumes.

The hotel is nice enough, the staff was very friendly and the breakfast was good. The shuttle didn’t run when I got off the plane so had to get a taxi. Overall. Worth the price I paid

The staff was exceptionally nice!! The room was clean and bed was really comfy! Restaurants close by. Coffee in the morning when requested at the front desk.

Nice place to stay to head over to airport early morning.

Hello, In regard to a brief of this property, it would be difficult as the depth of issues is rather long. In short, the Super 8 property at Boise was found in poor condition and not really portrayed like the photos on the website. Room lighting was poor Cupboard handles were missing form the draws. Door to cabinet for hidden fridge was broken and not aligned. Bathroom mirror was cracked for sometime. The air-conditioning hadn't been cleaned in sometime. The carpets in the corridors were vacuumed regularly however, the carpets actually need to be steamed cleaned and this has not been done for sometime. Breakfast contained predominately sugar based food in the form of processed food. That said apples were available everyday for twelve days. There was no tea available for the four days of the trip, indicating that there is not a process followed or kept with regard to restocking of stock(food), or permission from group manager may be required to sign off on spending deplenished stock. Staff were friendly and do the best with what they have. The concern is with the owners Wyndham, there process of up keep, maintenance of the building and general appearance of the hotel. Numerous examples of possible hazzards exist from a legal stand point. Super8 hotel is in a good location as is evident of the other hotels close to the Airport. It is a one star budget hotel. It was built on a budget and possibly of 1980`s era. Would I stay again.... no

My room was clean and neat. Breakfast was wonderful. The air in my room didn't work very well so it was a little stuffy, but the temperature was okay. Overall it was good and was a pleasant stay for the night I was there.

Good room, friendly, helpful staff.

There was no light in the stairway entrance, the tv remote was taped together and the back door doesn't lock, anyone could come and go at anytime. We did not feel safe. We were given a coffee maker when we asked and the receptionist was very helpful and friendly.

Basic hotel, but the room was clean, the bed comfortable. The breakfast was standard cereal, fruit, waffles etc. Would have liked to see some diabetic fruendly ootions. The staff were nice. For an overnight stay it suited the needs well.

Saw quite a few spider webs when we arrived to our room, but over all a great experience

There was enough parking. Very dark brown paint in stairwells and the dirty window there make it feel like entering a jail.

Staff was efficient and friendly. Room could use some improvements.
