As we first pulled up the hotel looks getto. The lady when we checked in was really nice. The room had no smoke detector and there was a gap on the bottom of the door that was covered with a plastic clear shield. Bathroom was nice and clean. Nice water pressure in the shower. Overall our experience was good, just not pretty. But the bed was comfortable. Oh yeah and the Air conditioner was super cold.

This is my family’s go to motel. The waffles are my favorite and my kids always enjoy it here. Very family friendly breakfast, lots of fun to make them ourselves.
The price is great for the quality of this motel. Our non smoking room didn’t have any odors or anything. The room was freezing when we got in, but the heating systems in the room work really quickly so it wasn’t really a big deal.
The room was clean, well stocked with towels soap coffee etc. mini fridge and microwave and a coffee maker in the rooms. The mini fridge does have a small freezer compartment. Nice size tv and comfy beds. No signs of bed bugs or roaches. Clean bath tub, which is always my top concern.
We didn’t hear much noise from the other rooms at all. The only thing I could hear was people walking around in the morning in the room above us, which is pretty normal for multiple floors.
The first time my family stayed here Sarah at the front desk made our stay feel so welcoming and special! I am so happy to have been able to see her again this stay, she’s wonderful!

The staff was pleasant. The room was dirty. The door looked like it had been kicked in and the threshold wasnt in place. We had to fix the toilet beacuse it wasnt tightened down. The bed was uncomfortable. It states in the description it was remodeled but it doesn't look that way at all. We had a roach in the bathroom light and one ran across the floor.

Check in was quick because I did online check in and just had to sign and get the keys upon arrival. The hotel was listed as non-smoking, but we had to wipe everything, including the walls down with what we had, which was water and peppermint oil so I could breath as I am highly allergic to cigarette smoke. The rag was grey when we were done. In thr middle of the night, around 1 am, we heard shouting and loud arguing in the next room over. It lasted for several hours and sounded as though it were in the same room. The smoke detector was disconnected and dangling from the wall. We had to reconnect it. There was also no cover on one of the outlets, the rubber baseboard moulding covered half of another outlet. We chose this hotel due to the high ratings and price point, but I think it is only fair to offer an honest review. I seldom leave bad reviews, but I felt like the reviews I read were over inflated.

I already responded to this and explained that the conditions were so bad that my family and I left we did not stay at all once we observed the conditions of the hotel and area we were concerned but when we got to the room that was it! Horrible! There were water stains and a hole in the corner ceiling the room and carpets were dirty. No way I was going to have my family stay there. I called the desk and let them know we were not staying and that we left. They said we would be reimbursed so I would appreciate you making sure I do.

This property is located close to shopping and major interstates for ease of access. The staff was exceptional as they took very good care of any needs that we had. There was a simple breakfast offered- waffle maker, cereals, juices, and coffee. We were happy that breakfast was offered. Overall, for the money, I'd stay here again.
