We lost power in our room and with in 1/2 hour they had us in another room. Very nice staff.

Check in was great. Room was clean but the flooring definitely needs replaced and the ptac(AC unit in wall) was broke. The circuit board for the buttons was hanging off the face. Thank goodness I do this kind of thing for a living or it would have been a miserable night sleeping. Breakfast was kid friendly and that's a plus. The parking lot was a little small. It would probably be smart to have slanted spots not normal do to the size.

Listing in Expedia states dogs and cats welcomed. Front desk has multiple signs saying no cats. Sooo that’s fun not getting a refund and having to get a different hotel late at night after a 12 hr drive. Don’t stay here.

It was only a one night stay for the price shouldn’t be the very comfortable beds, clean check in and out very easy fast breakfast needs a lot of work overall for the price you can’t beat it

I was charged for a pet fee without any knowledge. The rooms said pet friendly and normally there has never been a pet fee when we stay in hotels. So I was very shocked when I seen the charge on my card and was never told I was being charged. And there were no sheets or blankets for the pull out bed. When calling the office no one answered.

We ended uo not staying an getting another room somewhere else. The room was not what was expected or pictures looked like, it was very musky, dark,outdated. I stayed at the Super 8 in Pigeon Forge an was excellent. So if anyway i can be refunded it would be great if not lesson learned. I Never had any problems with Hotels. Com always satisfied.

i booked for $51 dollars per night when i arrived was told it was a $30 per night pet fee......i was not happy... after a 6 hr drive i wanted shower before dinner after about 1 min in shower water stopped!!! i went to office told lady i had no water i was told maintenance was called

Enjoyed our stay. Bathroom was really small, but room was ok in size. Not enough lights in the room. Only needed to stay for one night, so overall not bad for the price.
