Super 8 by Wyndham Fortuna

Staff was friendly and efficient. Room was clean and nice, parking was easy. Only complaints are the firm mattress is uncomfortable to sleep on and the slatted window covers let in too much light - did not need a night light to see in the room at night.

When I call the hotel directly to make a reservation they wanted to charge me over $400 for two nights. The price on hotels.com was only a couple hundred dollars. The bed was broken and was very hard to sleep on

It was a nice room with comfortable bed, big fridge and microwave, nice TV, easy check in. The only thing I didn't like was that the toilet was very short, similar to those in elementary schoold, which made it challenging to get up and down. Otherwise, it was a good budget hotel.

A halfway point in our travels, clean, easy off freeway but quite and nice staff.

The staff was really outstanding. I left my iPad in the room and we took off on the road. I did not know that it was left behind. The management took the initiative to phone me and let me know that I forgot jt. I requested that they ship it to my next destination. They followed the instructions perfectly, and I received it on time. Very much appreciated.!

Stayed there for 1 night after a long drive and it was just the perfect place. Very clean and spacious.

We had a big room for the whole family. The room was very spacious, the beds were comfortable, the area quiet and the whole place was very clean.

The room was clean, which I appreciated, but the bed was sagging and uncomfortable, making it hard to get a good night’s sleep. The free breakfast was very basic—just coffee, pancakes, cornflakes, a banana, and some cheap pastries. It’s fine if you're not expecting much, but definitely not enough for anyone looking for a more substantial meal to start the day. Overall, it’s okay for a short stay if cleanliness is your top priority, but improvements to the bed and breakfast options would make a big difference.

I booked the 3 queen suite about a year in advance since we had 6 people traveling at the time of booking. In that year I became disabled with mobility issues. I received the check in confirmation via text 24 hours before check in asking for any special requests- I typed bottom for or by elevator due to being disabled. I received a confirmation email saying all was well. I go to check in after driving 12 hours for the front desk to say they have no available 3 bed units on the bottom floor. I said I could take 2 beds since 2 people did not end up joining us. She said there was nothing available on the bottom floor after. So really it had nothing to do with the 3 beds. Plus no luggage cart for disabled guests is just ridiculous. Definitely learned my lesson on waiting for the text confirmation to make requests. My suggestion would be if you can't accommodate your guests when they make requests, you should call them so they can make arrangements to stay elsewhere. I have a cane and a walker. The room in general was clean and comfortable.

This is a very simple hotel sharing a parking area with an amazing restaurant and brewery called the eel River brewery. The bed was really comfortable. Everything was super clean. I will totally stay here again.
