Wonderful stay at this super 8 location. the staff is wonderful at this location! From the front desk to the cleaning staff,they are understanding and patient. They tend to the guest very professionally and to the extent they can go or provide. They help out with shuttles too and from the airport. The rooms have a great amount of space and are more modern and updated then most hotels in the price range $50-$130 per night.They as well are very clean and comfortable and they have great units to control the rooms temperature. It's one of the best super 8/ hotel on a budget I have stayed at. I can even compare their service to a high end hotel such as the Omni hotels I have stayed at. I definitely recommend this super 8 too anyone who may be traveling for business or leisure or anyone doing a staycation.

Awesome staff they are super friendly here and work especially well with each guest and are patient and understanding the rooms are always super clean and spacious and very affordable

I wanted to give this more stars, but a few key issues with the property. First one, and it is a big one, there is no breakfast. I will reach out to Expedia and ask them to correct that. You will see a photo of a pretty decent continental breakfast offered, but when you come down in the morning, you get one granola bar. So you do not think I made a mistake in the description of the breakfast, I will repeat it. One granola bar, that you get at the check-in counter. They call it their "on the go breakfast." I am not joking. Also, no coffee machine in the room, that is a pretty big thing for me.

The entire property smelled horrible. The room had a putrid odor of a mix of mold and urine. Went to open the dilapidated armoire to get to the fridge and the handle came off in my hand. The paint was peeling off the walls. Holes in the walls. Story stained and gross with holes in it and bleach stained carpets in the hallway. The front desk lady was very nice.

This hotel is very convenient to DFW. The beds were wonderful after a day of traveling! However, this hotel didn't mention that breakfast consists of a granola bar handed to you over the check in counter. Also, with the airport four miles away you would think the shuttle would be quick. You would not anticipate being given an hour timeframe-one way!

It's a Super 8, I was able to pay for early check in , shuttle service to and from airport free of charge but I tipped too. Overall good, I would choose this location again.

Don’t stay here!!!!! Rude slow staff. First room was locked so they had to give me another. Room had caved in sinking floor in bathroom from soft sub flooring under bathroom floor tile!!! Unsafe!!!! Someone will end up falling through the floor. I informed the staff. They did not care. All of the towels were dirty and obviously used. Sheets appeared possibly used. Mildew on carpet and in A/C. Unsafe for breathing. No hot water in the shower. Unacceptable conditions.

When we discovered AC wasn’t working in the evening when we returned. We notified staff and ask to give us another room. They said there’s no other rooms available and we had to wait for maintenance. They never showed them staff offered to give us another room late in the evening.

There was a terrible smell in the hallway. It smelled like skunks and old socks. Thankfully the smell was not strong in the room while the AC was running. The room was clean and okay. The free breakfast was coffee, juice, and cereal bars. The woman at the desk was really friendly and helpful.

I just needed somewhere to stay and shower that was close to the airport; this did the job. It definitely was run down, not super clean and dingy. However, I wasn’t expecting much. It was just ok.
