This is an older property, so you expect some inconsistencies in things like carpet and bathroom fixtures, etc.. The room was very clean as was the entire property. The AC worked great and the bed and linens were clean and comfortable. The price was fantastic. The staff was wonderful. I will stay again when in the area. We had no problems and enjoyed the two nights we were there!

Reserved room for 4 to only stay in a room where there was only 1 towel, and we only got 3 towels. Also our beds had black stuff all over them, and no toilet paper on the restroom we had to ask a new role of toilet paper. The young lady at the front desk was really nice though. Just next time if someone reserves a room for 4 please make sure the cleaning staff makes sure that they are really cleaning and putting enough supplies in the room for how many people are on reservation.

Its was horrible the first night on our anniversary got room 201 w jacuzzi and it had throw up in and had not been cleaned I had to clean it and then when I turned it on the water had brown nasty stuff from jets I ask for half my money back and switched room I'll never go back there NEVER

The main hallway had a cigarette odor that bled into the room. My bathroom smelled like mildew, which the odor also leaked into the bedroom. There was an electrical outlet completely out of the wall, hanging, with a lamp plugged in.

The room was decent but the back door was unsafe I had to put the rocking chair against the door to feel a little safer. There was no hot water very inconvenient. The food in the morning was very limited the milk was expired and bad told the lady and she no still good there was cheese in it already. Bad experience I wish I can get my money back.

Wasn’t nothing like the pictures showed, there was no shower curtain in our room and the towels smelled and weren’t very good. It was ok for the price but didn’t look anything like what we had booked

Was disappointed when i saw a roach in the rest room. I had no acess to a phone. In the shower the hot/cold knob was not placed right. The vent in rest room above was hanging on by screw. You can see a half fast job w maintenance as they tried caulking the shower pipes & knob. There was a gap between the door and floor of the room. Anything could of crawled in. The side door was unsecured, you could just pull it w/o scanning your key to get in the hotel. It could use more TLC. The pictures on web seemed like a great stay, but it wasnt to my liking when actually seeing it.

What ever you do - do not stay at this hotel. The service was poor and the condition of the rooms was by far the worst that we have ever stayed in. The reakfast was inedible. There I said it - believe it or not. Stay away

the pictures online are misleading. My room was run down, very dimly lit and im my opinion , needs serious help. the bed was a old worn out (felt like spring ) mattress, no coffee pot even though they had coffee there. the privacy lock on the door was nonexistent and i woke up to a room that was about 50 degrees because the heat didn't work. I thought a hot shower would help but that was a joke also. the water was more of a spray than a stream.
with all the above, I didn't stick around for the breakfast( i can just imagine) I was too cold and needed to get to my truck for some warmth. the guy at the front desk ,could of cared less, when i told him about the heat
Also, its not the Texaninn anymore,hotels.com needs to update their system
