The Atlantic, BW Signature Collection

Property was not as advertised. This is an old motel they slapped some paint and fixtures on. Way, way overpriced for what you get.

Recently renovated and great location. The rooms were nice and the bathroom was large, bright and had a walk in shower. We had a nice breakfast at the restaurant and enjoyed the pool. Desk people were very friendly. They have their own parking lot. Highly recommended.

Very nice renovation to the property. Well appointed rooms- comfortable beds, nice fridge/microwave, amazing shower with great water pressure. Big bathrooms. Had to move rooms because our first room was not cooling due to a very old AC unit. Only one block from the boardwalk. Parking and beach tags included. Would stay there again. Could use a more welcoming lobby.

This was our first time going to Ocean City, NJ and we really enjoyed it. We found it more family oriented than other destinations nearby. The location was great and walkable to great attractions. The hotel was perfect with the great upgrades. The bed was super comfy and the shower! We didn't want to leave. The only issue was the mini fridge which made a weird sound on and off which sounded like someone breathing heavy. A bit scary to hear at night. Another thing was loud young adults laughing, running, screaming, slamming doors, and jumping off the second floor ledge into the pool late in the evening. They eventually left but other groups kept coming throughout the night. It was difficult to sleep. It would be nice if hotel staff would tell them to keep the noise down or kick them out if they are not staying here. This might be something to think about if you plan to stay over the summer. Hopefully staff will nip this right away. Otherwise this place was great. Will stay again.

Newly renovated , clean . High noise volume is the only complaint.

The Atlantic is located one block from the beach and the room was clean, comfortable, and designed with a modern, upscale feel.

No one was on staff for my check in or check out; so I cannot speak to staff. They remotely text information and didn’t reply by with my check out question so I had to call the BW 800 number. They leave you a parking pass with your room number on it so anyone in the parking lot can see what room you are in- less than ideal for a woman traveling alone to exit her car around strangers and have them all know precisely where she will be. The renovations were very well done and the bathroom was specifically nice.

Digital door locks- frustrating- would take 2 to 3 tries before opening. We were not the only ones. Plus never given any instructions. From an older person point of view- not senior friendly. Beds too high to get into easily, plus a tv system that again had no instuctions and not a regular cable system.

They need to enforce a “quiet hour “ . There was a very loud party going on until midnight in the pool area. Very difficult to get some sleep. Room was too small.

Our stay was great. The employees at the front desk were super nice. As soon as we walked in and looked and smelled so clean. Close to the boardwalk and other shops. We thought the pool would have been closed but to our surprise it was open and heated in September.

We enjoyed our stay at the Atlantic. It is just off of the boardwalk so it was easy to walk to everything but wasnt where all the noise is. The hotel room was clean and had been nicely renovated.

Loved it, close to the beach, pool, upgraded rooms; overall great trip! The courtyard to sit and eat meals was super convenient for take out as well as the restaurant on site had good food and selection. My only feedback is I hope the hotel works on the pool for next season. While the pool water is maintained by a service person everyday, the condition of the pool area needed help. The deck is not cleaned regularly, items left in and around the pool remain an endless display of lost and found as well as having to clean the pool water surface a few times while I was there. My kids loved it and we used the pool often but wish it was a little cleaner. We will definitely be back!
