Service was excellent. Loved the location! Close to everything on campus. Only problem we had was the AC. We were on the top floor and the AC was pushing to stay 73. Luckily we were not there during the day.

Room was great. Very pleased with it.
One of the female staff members behind the front desk was rude. She argued they had pool towels outside by the pool even though we kept telling her they were not there. She then said “well we don't have anymore then” and left it at that. No help in trying to find any or a solution. Then later that evening we called the front desk to get a bath towel and washcloth (we had 4 guests and only 3 towels and washclothes) and same individual answered and said “we don't have any towels or wash clothes. We have a lot of kids staying here and we are out.”

The standard ("deluxe") rooms are very small, and the one I got was a near windowless cave, with just a tiny round sailboat window, about 6-10 in in diameter.
Definitely sub-par product for what is expected in a US hotel.
