Overall-The location was great! Upside-Small hotel on the strip, so didn’t have to walk forever to get to your room, and you couldn’t get lost in the huge mazes like in other hotels. Downside- It was also close to the strip so if you wanted to sleep you have to deal with the noise from the strip. Love the small hotel feel right in the middle of the strip!

Great location. Great staff. Dealers were very friendly and helpful. The property needs to be demolished. It’s filthy and worn out. If you like Carnival cruises you will love staying at the Cromwell. I didn’t try Giadas restaurant so no comments.

Parking is $50 a night which is really ridiculous. I thought prices in the 30s and 40s were a lot. 3 whole days is an extra $75 plus taxes on top of that. Parking should be a perk of staying at your resort and included in the resort fee, but the resort fees are already expensive and if definitely does not include the pool especially if there is a known artist. Not even a discount. The room was Fairly clean; a little dusty. Not super bad. Excellent location. Restaurant located upstairs; a little pricey but everyone is nice.

First time staying at The Cromwell. My fiancé and I were very disappointed. First: the room Tv sound and subwoofer would not work or connect to our phones. Room was pretty decent though with a little window that opens up. + the Dyson blow dryer did not disappoint. Secondly: Drai's beach club was another disappointment as you have between 12-1pm to enter and get ready to show ID. I understand all this on a weekend. But on a weekday come on! Thirdly: as we checked in first night, we were upgraded to a suite. Thank you very much. We did not request and under the impression it was an upgrade at no charge. Of course we got charged without even asking for it. Lastly we would not stay at The Cromwell again.

There was no roof top pool access provided. Instead guests were asked to use the pools of the adjacent properties, which is an inconvenient.
