Property was in a great location and staff was excellent!

Plenty to do in walking distance. Family friendly stuffvand adult only stuff.

The AC was absolutely frigid and we were unable to meaningfully control it without just shutting it off. The entire staff was extremely professional and welcoming.

We went for our anniversary they were so thoughtful leaving us a surprise of some desserts in our room while we were at dinner and the service was top tier

When we got there room was extremely hot, very small room no microwave, not same experience I had last time we stayed there.

Love it, tub could be bigger....

We booked these rooms for our daughter’s 14th birthday with friends. We were not told at booking or check in that the pool was out of order. Needless to say that was a major disappointment for the kids and a major inconvenience for us. Kids want to swim when at a hotel. It was a top priority for us when choosing to book. Everything else was top notch.

I love this hotel. I’ve stayed here twice. Once in a 2 queen bed room and second in a king suite. Both rooms were spacious, quiet and had awesome bathrooms. Highly recommend

Restroom doors are transparent. You can see the other person dressing and showering silhouette. Not private at all.

Room 1203 was fabulous. Hope to return in the future🇺🇸🙏

Great old Historic Hotel. Staff were superb! Love the views and convenient to everything downtown and the Riverwalk.

The parking area was wide open which allowed homeless person or a random person access to vehicles. Or looking through windows. The cover to my vehicle's gas tank was partially opened with a handprint on the trunk near the gas tank

We’ve been to the Emily Morgan multiple times and we keep coming back! It’s beautiful and friendly!

Rudy was awesome at check in, no complaints. Everything was clean, wonderful, even with one of the elevators down.

The history of the hotel is fascinating and the location is wonderful but otherwise not worth it. They do not have a working pool as advertised, and have you walk 2 blocks to a La Quinta to swim, the elevators work sometimes, the key cards stopped working and despite engineering coming to work on them we had to be moved to a different room after the hotel had to break in for us to be able to get our things. The bar is convenient, the coffee is amazing, but the food is terrible and not worth paying for. We’ve stayed at the Crockett and the Menger and unfortunately The Emily Morgan does not compete with either of them.
