I liked that it was a smaller hotel, staff was pleasant and helpful, notably, Vuk. I wish that I had time to enjoy the public balconies, gym, and restaurant in the hotel. It was in a good location. I would stay here again.

I haven't been here since pre-covid, but the staff are still very welcoming. There seems to be renovations happening, but the place is clean and the beds are comfortable as always. The smell of the food from the restaurant was alluring, too bad it was closed by the time i wemt down.
One sigfestion is there shoukd he a restaurant ans mini bar menu in each room

I always love staying here. The beds are like sleeping on a cloud. Staff are always lovely.
I like being mid-town so that I can walk everywhere but being on the other side of 5th Avenue decreases the hectic feel of Times Square.

Great boutique hotel with several balconies and terraces - rare sights in Manhattan. Walking distance to the Theater District but not right in the middle of that madness. It's also only half a block to Fifth Avenue for great shopping and restaurants.

The room was nice, spacious, and clean. Balcony was a nice touch, however the only view you have is a wall, which makes having it pointless. It was inconvinent that they did not have an ice maker or vending machine on the property.

This is one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at. I cannot say enough kind words about The Gotham. We got off an 11 day cruise and got to the hotel at 8:30 in the morning on a cold and rainy day. Before we even got out of our taxi, the doorman had come and taken our luggage out and brought into hotel for us. We asked for an early check-in if possible and they said they were fully booked for the night before and they will call us as soon as possible. We went to the hotel restaurant to figure out our plan for the day, and before I was done with my cappuccino they had called to let us know our room was ready. Not only was our room ready, but they had already brought our luggage up to our room, and gave us umbrellas for the rain! 10/10 recommend this place and I will be staying here again.

Room was great - amazingly large for Manhattan. Staff were super helpful including arranging umbrellas and cabs! Really happy with stay and would very happily visit again.
