First problem my room had a loud clunk every time the AC turnon or off. So first night my wife and I were repeatedly woken up byt the clunk. A technician came up and corrected that.
Second issue is that we were placed near the elevator. At 2 am on the second night there was a group of people in the hall making a lot of noise after partying all night. VERY DISAPPOINTED when there were clear mandates against this signed by hotel guests.
The room and the service were exemplary.
