I was traveling to Buffalo from Rochester for a concert with my daughter. I decided to have my whole family come and stay the night instead of traveling back to Rochester late and book a hotel with a pool so my son and daughter could swim and have some fun. We booked this hotel specifically because it had a pool and parking (as that was a complaint at many downtown Buffalo hotels). As a family of 5 we arrived at the hotel and I was shocked to hear the pool was out of commission. That was the literal only reason we were there. I felt terrible I dragged my whole family out just for my kids to have nothing to do while I was at the concert. Perhaps this was my fault for not calling a couple days in advance to confirm the pool was working and I have learned my lesson. I would have booked another hotel had I known we would not have access to the pool. I know this is not the end of the world but it was a huge inconvenience considering I did not have to drag my whole family with me. I was not wowed by my experience. The restaurant serves decent food for a hotel but the dinner service was not great- the breakfast service at least the server was kind to us and seemed to want to make sure we had a good meal and was very hospitable. For dinner we were the only ones there and we seemed like an inconvenience. I expressed my sadness both to the front desk receptionist who checked us in and the text check in from the hotel. Hotels.com was having issues when I was booking. My dates had been changed. The really friendly representative accommodated my needs and switched my dates for the booking.

It's in a great location on Main St in Williamsville -- a charming suburb of Buffalo. It is close to the highway. The rooms are very spacious and the parking is free. It has a refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker. The staff was very friendly. It is on the pricey side.

Pros: 1. The rooms are big and the condition of property is good. 2. The location is nice. Cons: 1. The only issue we faced is flushing toilet needed a little more rotation. We did not report this a this was not a big issue.

Rooms were comfortable. Parking was easy. However, staff not attentive when there was need of luggage cart. One was potentially available, but no staff helped to clear hotel items from it so we could use it.

Hotel was clean, the rooms with double beds were really spacious, I think the high ceilings help get that feel. The bar/restaurant are convenient. Would stay again.

Not at all true to the reviews. Way better choices in the area for less. Would not stay again.

The rooms were very nice and the lobby a relaxing place to hang out. The only criticism is that the pool didn’t seem very clean - the walls and base of the pool had lots of greenish tinge.

Property was close to I-90 so easy access Rooms were very clean and front desk staff was very nice, even asked us if we prefer a room near the elevator and what floor we wanted to stay on, we travel quite a bit and have never been asked that! Only downfall was they need better signage on the eastern side of the building we drove right past it and had to go around the block. S. Morse
