I found my experience at the Parc Hotel to be satisfactory. The amenities provided within the room were nice, and the nespresso pods were a wonderful touch. I found it difficult to locate food options via the continental breakfast, but it was on par for free hotel breakfasts. I was excited when there were some Chinese food options for breakfast. I was sad to discover that there was not a table or desk in the room, as that would have been helpful. However, despite this, the room was quite comfortable for the two of us. The mentioned parking was unclear, so we parked in a parking lot nearby. The internet was free, as disclosed, and worked as well as I needed it to, though I did not need to stream or engage in online meetings. The TV had limited channels but even included Chinese channels which was a nice touch.

The view from our room was gorgeous- and the gym downstairs was a bonus! Breakfast was easy and there was a good assortment. We were able to walk to see the Mets game easily

The pictures were deceiving. The room was filthy. Stains and cigarette burns on the furnture. The room was sprayed with fragrance. It was terrible and to top it off there was a mouse dropping in the bed.

If you’re just looking for AC, a roof, and a bed, then you can stay here. Otherwise, if you have a choice, stay elsewhere. The TV was so old that a half of the screen was burnt out, and they did not do anything about it for our entire stay. The housekeeper left his/her used gloves on top of our things. The room phone was connected to nothing, all buttons were just to a busy signal. To call the front desk, I had to call their generic number and talk to an automatic prompter for 5 min before being connected. Clearly they spent as little money as possible to make it appear as if they’ve updated the property, but falls terribly short. Stay elsewhere.

I was in town to go to US Open so wanted the closest hotel that was affordably priced. This was an excellent choice as it was near subway station and the hotel was clean and the bed comfortable. Essential amenities were provided and it met my needs. The only challenge for me was there were not food chains where I could grab and go easily particularly if you want non-Asian options. I'm sure if you walk around or are willing to go outside a few blocks there may be options I just did not have the time to explore much beyond the immediate vicinity. Solid option for US Open attendees looking for a more affordable tier of lodging and not need luxury type amenities or settings.

This hotel exceeded my expectations and the staff were so kind and helpful. The only criticism I have is the lack of parking. Understandable in NYC, but their ad was misleading by saying there was parking on-site. It should say there is "limited" parking on-site because there are only 8 spots, and it's chaotic trying to get one.

The property is new and front desk staff is polite. However, parking is a real problem. There are not up to 10 parking spots for a 10 floor hotel building, and you are charged up to $30 per night for parking. You leave and by the time you are back, someone else has parked in your spot. When I brought this up to management, I was told that if you leave for a while, your spot will be gone. Why will you operate a hotel of this capacity jd tour guests don't even have a safe area to park cars.

Didn't get to visit the roof top bar, but the hotel was great! Comfortable bed, EXCELLENT location, great AC, and was awesome to have a frig, microwave, and stove top burners! The carpet and the cloth sofa needs a DEEP cleaning, but we also had a leather couch that was crazy Comfortable! Bathroom was clean! Tried the free continental breakfast, but was lacking. But not enough to say I won't visit again. The 7 train entrance to Manhattan was about a block away. A good distance to Manhattan, but great location to CitiField, Queens Main Street for amazing food and shops!
