The location was perfect - within easy walking distance to all of the theaters we were going to. The room was very nice and spacious. The bathroom was updated and shower was great. The staff was so helpful and nice. This is definitely where we will be staying on trips in the future.

Great stay. Location and service were great. Elevator out for weeks. One usage breakfast plates, bowls etc and utensils and coffees taste was bad. Like I said, overall people and room were nice.

Fun girls trip. Everyone was helpful and nice. We were able to leave our bags at the desk when we arrived, even though our room was not yet ready. And they kept our bags before we left town as well. It is one of the quietest hotels I've ever stayed in. Perhaps because we did not have a street view. Never heard a car honk or siren.

The Pearl is very convenient to the theatre district and dining options. The staff was courteous and efficient. One pet peeve of ours is the "Resort Fee" of $30 per day. We didn't feel that there was any value added to our trip by this frivolous charge.
