Nice hotel and a good stay overall. Check in was a little clunky only because the Marriott app said you could use mobile room key (versus the usual plastic cards). Not a big deal, but I didn’t realize this until I had already gone up to the room, so I had to go back down to get our room keys.

This hotel was so clean and quiet. The bed so was so comfortable and they had plenty of pillows and towels to accommodate all 3 of us. There was a pull out bed in the couch so i didnt have to share my bed with the kiddos. We had a great view and could see the sunset so beautifully from our bed. Also the saturday sausage and potatoes were sooooo good.

My stay was great! I will be back.

Truly upset with this place. It’s a relatively new property, only just under 5 years old. The place seems like it was slapped together and then not well maintained at all. *The room we had stunk when entering, if the ac wasn’t running, the whole room smelled. *The ac was ice cold during the day and warm at night. *The towels were yellow and smelly if available at all. I asked for them to be swapped on one day and the housekeeper only had 2. *The bathroom had moldy (or uncleaned) marks on the tub caulk. *The lounge chair in the room was dingy and had stains all over. *Cabinets falling apart. *No hand soap in room, the GM said he ordered it and it didn’t come, we had to go and buy some. *Live cockroaches in the gym amongst the broken equipment. *Pool smelled like household bleach, and lots of it, not pool chlorine. *The laundry facilities were filthy, I think my clothes came out dirtier than went in. Long black hairs all over my clothes when removed. I did clean the filter before drying.

Very clean room and friendly staff

I booked a wheelchair accessible room. My friend and I get to the room and it was a room strictly for hearing impaired. This is VERY different from a room to accommodate a wheelchair. We were told "we're sorry, we overbooked". I cannot even use the shower. Thankfully we are only staying 1 night. We will not stay here again.

Very nice room set up. We got there late at night and they didn’t have the room I reserved, I didn’t get 2 queens. The computer system went down. The sofa bed that my daughter had to sleep on didn’t have sheets, so had to make a trip downstairs. I liked the bathroom, but it had some damage to the shower, which baffles me.

Place was great, comfortable rooms. Breakfast was available, coffee was great. Everything felt clean and new.

Breakfast area is extremely dark. It's not inviting and hard to see what you're doing. The mood lights are not effective. I was there for 2 days and no one ever came with new towels, came to empty trash or any service. Half shower door doesn't work. All of the water pops out in the rear of the shower and wets the floor. This could definitely be a hazard.

The price was reasonable. The room was nice. I don’t use the towels but they were on the floor. The television did not have signal so it wasn’t working. It was close to restaurants and some stores.

This hotel was so quiet I almost felt like I was the only one here!!! Very close to shopping, dining. It was very clean & staff very friendly.

Room was great, full size fridge . Microwave was not working. Location was great. Service could have been better.

Staff was friendly and welcoming. Breakfast included had excellent offerings.

The one of things I didn't like about the room was the bathroom. The toliet, shower, and sink are all in the same enclosed room. If someone takes a shower the sink and mirror get all fogged up. It is no fun to put on makeup or do you hair in a hot bathroom. There is also no full lenght mirror in the room or anywhere in the hotel. Luckliy, I was there for pleasure and not business. The other confusing thing was the room temperature gage. It didn't have an actual temperature. It would give you a number of 1-10. So you couldn't set it to a certain temperature. I had to guess what was hot or cold. I found it to be strange.

I loved this hotel. It was easy to access everything I wanted to get to. The breakfast was great. The staff was delightful. I have no complaints and will be staying here again on my next stay in town.

I did enjoy my stay and would have given them all stars. But I was charged twice for a one night stay. I’ve been told multiple times that it would be refunded and it hasn’t. I’m disappointed because I wanted to come back for a get away trip. I’m hoping others have a better outcome than myself.

The location is great as it is near wonderful restaurants and convenient shopping. Rooms were up to date and very clean. The free continental breakfast is also very good with broad food selections. Enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

I love how the staff was able to help me find new things to do area town and even went beyond just giving out keys to make sure I had everything I needed
