This place is my go to hotel whenever i'm on the road. The moment you walk in, you are greeted by friendly, happy and chipper faces with a wish to make your stay as pleasant as possible. The rooms are minimalist modern and exceptionally clean and have all the amenities that you need to make sure your stay is pleasant.
They have a very good breakfast and fantastic Lavazza coffee.
Hannah and Margarita were absolutely wonderful.

This was a back up hotel while in town for family emergency and was such a comfortable stay. It was clean and beds were comfortable.

The front desk staff made this stay 100 out of 10!
Our check-in process was very quick and easy. Both staff members, one of which may have been a manager, made us feel welcome. Safety of our vehicle is a big priority at hotels and they actually monitor their parking lot closely. This eased our minds tremendously.
The room was clean and comfortable.
A perfect hotel for our 1 night stay. We would definitely book here again.

The front check in staff was very nice, but I did feel as if I was “lectured” for booking through a third party… Which in turn just made me feel pretty awkward. Then, upon arriving in our room, we noticed that the shower was a bit funky, as well as finding toe nail clippings from a previous guest on top of the AC unit, leading me to believe that the rooms aren’t really cleaned very well. For a hotel that charges $200 a night, I really expected more. It was fine overall, and the breakfast in the morning was a nice bonus, but I’m not sure we will be returning to that location.

We made a reservation for a total of six rooms at this hotel.
However, upon check-in, the hotel staff informed us that only four rooms were booked and provided us with only four.
Even after we showed them the confirmed reservation from Hotels.com, they insisted there were no more rooms available and responded unprofessionally while avoiding responsibility.
As a result, two members of our group had to find and move to another nearby hotel on their own.
This experience was extremely disappointing and frustrating, and we found the hotel staff’s attitude to be very unprofessional and unacceptable.

We stayed here on two occasions for my daughter's wedding. Both times, the staff was terrific, and the rooms were very comfortable. I would absolutely recommend this hotel and brand to anyone traveling.
