Great location! We normally stay off the main strip. We loved the convenience of being able to take the back road by the hotel. Clean, friendly and helpful staff. Plenty of parking close to everything.

Tru in Pigeon Forge is our go-to spot when not using a cabin. As usual Tru was spot on and did a great job. There are spots throughout the hotel where it's starting to show its wear and tear but there are a lot of people who go through there every day overall this is a great location.

Bed and pillows were very uncomfortable. Could hear everything that went on outside room. Room next door not only had one dog they had at least two and the dogs barked constantly. Had to contact front desk twice about constant barking. Sink leaked but a maintenance man was sent pretty quick and he was able to fix. Not much in line for breakfast. Over all I don’t plan on staying there or any other Hilton properties again.
