Clean personal and well planned spaces. There was a party or WWF on 4th floor of second night till 3am but overall nice stay and restaurant options within short walk. Gretchen was genuinely nice at reception.

Two night stay for a tournament. Location was good from airport and there were decent restaurant options close by. The hotel is with a small shopping and eating village. Breakfast choices were not good so I wouldn't depend on this for a hardy breakfast. We had a take out bag that was too large for the garbage can. Left it outside the room and it sat there > 24 hours. I then moved it next to a garbage can by the elevator and it sat there another 24 hours. Sheets and bedding very very thin and old.

I was supposed to get enough points to get a free night because there was no where to park and it was loud one of the nights that didnt happen I got 5,000 points not enough for a free night there toilet paper holder was broken I didnt do that it was like that when we got there never was fixed when we was there would love to have my points that was promised

Property was clean…they seemed understaffed at times but everything ran pretty smooth. If you have asthma request your room not be sprayed…I have never entered somewhere so fragranced as our room. It was rough…luckily I had my inhaler handy! I usually always add that note but I must not have this time. There was a shooting in the lobby during our stay and so that made parking, leaving, etc. pretty inconvenient…not to mention how unsafe we all felt afterwards….but the hotel couldn’t have helped what happened with that.

The property was super noisy. We had to rooms and both sounded like there per people doing jump and jacks all night. Not to mention the outside noise from trucks all night. By the time taxes are added on for $300 a night we expect more.
