Great place to stay if you have kids. They have a game area and lots of space to relax in the lobby. The rooms are spacious for a hotel room with storage the your things. Our room was clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and check-in was smooth and painless. Highly recommend this hotel!

It was great, but when I called to see if they had coin laundry or a pool, I was told yes all properties have them. When I asked they said they had neither. The pool wasn’t necessary but the coin operated washer was.

Got dressed and went to front desk, no one there to address my concern.

I had requested a handicap accessible room.
The room was located on the fourth floor! If there had been an emergency which made the elevators unusable, I would have been trapped on the fourth floor.
The room had two double beds so could sleep four people but only one chair!
The bath had grab bars but no bench and was very slick.
The room was cleaned one day and not touched the next.
We were there three nights and two of those nights we had to go back down to the desk to get the key reset. Was told this happens and nothing they could do.
The room was not worth the amount they charged.

The location is convenient, plenty of places around. Clean, bright. However, upon arrival the entire lobby smelled like marijuana and I’m fairly confident that the front desk clerk was high. Not a great impression.

It was an overall decent stay. Tru always has nice amenities. Our duvet cover was slightly stained, and my bedside lamp on one side of the bed did not work. But those are my only complaints.

Needed to stay for a baseball tournament in Auburn. We didnt want to stay where all of the teams were staying so we stayed a little outside of town.
This hotel was comfortable, and a good stay for the price. Breakfast and amenities were nice. Would stay again in this hotel chain
