Great mid-town location, easy walk to Times Square and Javits tradeshow building. Nice rooms with cool style, and a great little bar down in the lobby. Stayed here 5 trips in a row, and will keep coming back.

We booked a room with two queen beds and one sofa bed for 5 people ( 2 adults 3 kids)
Thank goodness the beds were king size because the sofa bed was the most uncomfortable,old, dirty sofa bed I ever seen in my life.
Sheets had sooo much stains and the coverts were old and broken.
Maids came every day to clean the room so we can’t complain about that, location was perfect for us but hard to sleep with all the noise from the streets.
Hotel is close to the subway so was a plus for us.

The property was clean and the staff were friendly but throughout the duration of my stay I didn’t have any warm water in my room. It just came out freezing cold.

charged me for two breakfast even though it was prepaid. Charged the 150 deposit twice which is supposed to be refundable. Also cannot reach anyone to get these charges reversed.

Great spot for us as first time tourists to NY. Close walkin distance to downtown where you can hop on the bus and tour the city. Lots of eateries too.

The stay was nice and convenient to the area in Manhattan. The heat and hot water was not working one night. The staff at the desk said that it was fixed and would be working within 10 minutes. There was no heat in the room one night and the water was freezing cold. The weather was in the 20s-30s. Not acceptable especially not telling guests the truth.

Both Saturday night and Sunday during the day there was no hot water so me and my guests needed to go somewhere else to take a shower very inconvenient. How will the building compensate me for this inconvenience. When talking to the staff they couldn't help me they said contact corporate which is very poor quality

So Check in was smooth went to the room and bathroom was not clean. Out all day then come in for the night we had no heat and no hot water when ask for management I was told I had to call a regional supervisor did not offer any kind of discount I was told he had a rough night with people complaining. Will never return here
