Checkin was easy. Kyle at the front desk was helpful and courteous.
Couldn’t get the air conditioner to cool down the whole room.
The double queen bed on the 5th floor was spacious. The shower water temp is easily very hot.
We tried the Roman restaurant for lunch and it was delicious.

I called and spoke with the concierge twice regarding booking a dinner reservation for my stay. Upon arrival, the front desk had no clue about the reservation and it was not booked. The pool only has maybe 20 chairs for hotel guests. The rest of the seating around the pool (the good seating with ample shade) is reserved for bottle service only. The pool manager confiscated my shirt that I left on a “reserved” pool chair for purchase at 10 am while I was grabbing food 50 feet away. I didn’t realize the rules and was asking around if anyone had seen where my shirt went. There were no towels at the pool until 2 pm. I had to go up to my room to get a towel. All the pool chairs that had pool towels on it were dirty from the day before. The AC in the room didn’t work very well. I will not be returning.
