The location. We needed to Uber or taxi everywhere. We had hoped location was more walkable. We did walk to the White House but that was a hike for us seniors!

Very nice staff and everything was clean. Good food and drinks in the restaurant and reasonably priced.
Came a week before the pool opened but it looked nice.

I appreciate the ease of check in. I hated the fact that there were vermin. I didn't want to stay at the hotel after seeing that. I only stayed because I couldn't book another hotel.
Just after booking my room I spoke to Lou twice trying to ask questions about my check in. The first time she left me on hold. The second time she left me on hold then hung up
I informed a gentlemen about my plight to which he apologized. I did not catch his name.

Staff was excellent. Dissapointed the pool was closed till May 17th & nothing listed on the website about it. Made the best of it & enjoyed my stay in DC

Hotel and Staff were wonderful and excellent I gave it a ok rating because there were no microwaves after buying food you couldn’t heat it up. There were no vending machines where we can buy bottle of water, snacks or anything. Didn’t no about the $50 parking per night thank goodness we were only staying one night for the graduation at Howard University

We loved all the staff. All the restaurant staff, are kind and accommodated our special needs. Alumshet was spectacular. It could pnly be improved by providing more in-rpom information about the hotel and surrounding.

So I’ve been seeing a lot of these reviews and a lot of them may have been situational or gross over exaggerations. The hotel was clean, staff was professional. There were no bed bugs, no roaches or anything like that. I will say the hotel could use a much needed update and upgrade but for the price point I was comfortable
