The overnight early representative was extremely friendly...kept the breakfast bar fresh and well stocked. It is nice to see someone take pride in their job.
The night check in person was ok. She had a little edge to her...but nothing real bad.

The lady that checked me in was fine but when I called down at 9:20 for an extra blanket and 2 pillows the lady that answered the phone was extremely rude and pretty much hung up on me.

Really unfortunate. The curtains had cigarette burns in them. The chair had filthy upholstery. Awkward tile throughout the hallway, extending into the bedrooms and bathroom as though they hose the place out at night. Funny fin blankets on the bed like a cheap motel. It was too awkward, we didn’t even stay the night.
