The breakfast was very good and good variety with hot foods and cereal and toast. No pastries or waffles...but good for what we needed.
The rooms were nice but beds not very comfortable and need air conditioner on all day to keep it comfortable. Used the pull out cot and ended up sleeping 9n mattress 9n floor...the frame was horrible!!!Never used the pool because there a lot of kids all weekend.
The location was great to casino and Falls and the service was above average.

The hotel is in a great spot and is a nice hotel just needs to be cleaned and a little better up keep. The bathrooms were dirty, there was exposed wires from the furnace. The people above us were running around until 10:30 at night and it was very loud, after traveling all day we just wanted to sleep. We ended up cancelling the 2nd night and had no problem getting a refund. The staff was very nice and helpful. This place would be great with a little cleaning and maintenance.

Alarm clock and phone did not work in the room and the pool bathroom was disgusting , paper thin walls and floors was kept up all night from every direction.
The lady at the front desk was great or we would have packed up and went elsewhere.

The room was a mess when we checked in. Wires hanging from tv and not working. Looked like paint and plaster over the furniture. Walls we not fully done. Dresser drawer wouldnt stay shut...always opened. Door to room wouldnt shut unless pulled shut. Bathroom door would only open half way. Would hit floor and get stuck. Shower head zip tied in place . Not hand soap to wash hand. When we called front desk, instead of moving us to a new room they sent house keeping and a maintenance guy. They swapped out some furniture and fixed tv. Housekeeping told us room has been a mess for about a month. We stay here every year and book 4 to 5 rooms. There are at least 5 hotels on same street. Will be staying in one of those next time. I have pictures but for somereason i cant add them to review.

The staff were accomodating. We needed to have a pack and play and remotes fixed and they came immediately and assisted. The pool was the perfect temp. I will say the floor around the pool does get VERY SLIPPERY so be careful. Breakfast was hot and the staff was on top of replacing things as they ran out. Overall great experience and I would absolutey book a room here again.

All of these hotels are using a cleaner that smells awful.
The bathroom needs recaulking and there was only one tiny garbage can in the space.

I liked the nice receptionists at front desk, very friendly. The lobby and room were very clean. The bathroom had plenty of towels and wash cloths. Plenty of pillows and blankets on the bed as well. Distance to the Casino was a plus!!!

Very affordable, very clean, and front desk staff and manager were wonderful. The walls are really thin so expect to hear conversation in the room next to you.
