Everything was great, accessible location. Just 20 mins to New York and 25 mins to Staten Island. The only small issue it is the company across the street, worked at night so you can hear the noises of heavy machinery and the Amtrak train as passing by. Overall hoghly recommended, will go back on my next tripnto Linden, NJ.

It was supposed to be a non smoking room. Room was reeking with cigarette smoke. Asked for a changed of room which was refused. You could hear all the surrounding noises from nearby rooms and outside traffic. CC was supposed to be charge upon checkin and was charged in the morning several hours before checkin. No cups or coffee maker etc. Overall bad experience.

The only thing I did not like about this hotel was that you do not get towels on a daily basis only after 6 PM if you bring your other old towels, downstairs yourself, I thought that was very inconvenient. Other than that, the staff was accommodating.

The only reason I did not rate it higher was due to a misleading picture "to me" that looked like a slightly bigger parking lot. It was fine for cars and trucks alone and I was able to jackknife the trailer in a spot but the parking lot pictures appeared to be be bigger than the actual parking lot. Not necessarily a bad review or bad place to stay that close to NY but I was hoping for more parking lot room. Overall stay was satisfactory.

Although it’s a smoke free hotel. They don’t enforce it, as soon as we got in the elevator it seemed horrible. Not to mention we had an issues with car hotel cards not working. Room was ok, but didn’t have enoughtowels or supplies for the 4 days we were to stay. We will not be returning.

Our room was clean, had pots, pans, and utensils. The property was around 15-20 minute walk from the nearest bus stop which was tough. The bathroom was clean and functioning, beds and sheets were nice. Negatives: There is only one front desk staff that does everything so they are not always available. Some days I had to wait long amounts of time for towel exchange and extra dishwasher soap.

I regret staying at this hotel for four nights. Upon arrival at 9:40 PM, we found our booked twin-bed room uncleaned. After a 10-hour drive, being told to wait another 40 minutes for cleaning was infuriating. The staff offered a double-bed room instead, which was unacceptable. We finally got our key at 10:30 PM, but the rushed cleaning left the room in poor condition. Given that check-in starts at 3 PM, this was inexcusable. The room had numerous issues: a broken closet, only two hangers, one spoon, and just two cups and plates for a family of four. The kitchen lacked pots or pans, and the lukewarm shower water was never fixed despite complaints. While the induction cooktop was repaired after the first night, we endured four days of uncomfortable, lukewarm showers. Additionally, there was no hairdryer, and my daughter caught a cold after lukewarm showers without one. The room wasn’t cleaned during our stay despite requests. Towels had to be exchanged at the front desk, and only in the evening. Staff were hard to reach, often unfriendly, and showed no effort to resolve issues. When we raised concerns about the shower and lack of a hairdryer, they refused to offer solutions or compensation. This was the worst hotel experience we’ve ever had, with a complete lack of basic service or empathy. I strongly recommend avoiding this hotel.

The room had a cooking area but no utensils for use. The cooking equipment and utensils needed to be rented from the hotel for use in the room. Towels also were not exchanged through housekeeping, they had to go be exchanged at the front desk. Overall the hotel is good for the price.
