Its my 3rd time staying at the Costanero!

Todo estuvo de acuerdo a lo que uno espera de un Hotel de esta categoría. Tuvimos un problema con el Control de la calefaccion de la Habitación, y nos ofrecieron un Upgrade de habitación. El desayuno, es muy completo y de buena calidad, pero no tan completo como en otras oportunidades

Top property . Excellent food and cocktails

The hotel and rooms are esthetically very nice. The pool area is small and looks at the back of other buildings. Our room wasn’t made up, we needed to ask them to do this. Every time we went to the desk (usually 2-3 staff) they were always all focused on one task and talking amongst themselves without acknowledging the clients. They were kind and helpful once they decided to help you. Also, the area is very nice and safe but inconvenient to tourist areas

Great view (ocean) and super toilet! Across the street from the beach. Netflix did not work and staff kept saying that it was being worked on. Once it was supposed to be fixed it really wasn’t. Great linens. Breakfast very good but dinner ok.

Everyone was friendly, helpful and they were able to extend an early check-in which I always appreciate. The room was very clean. I have fairly high standards regarding cleanliness and I found nothing was missed. The breakfast buffet was nice but nothing memorable. What was memorable was the view. Absolutely stunning. I can’t stress enough how worth it is to pay for the view upgrade. The location was convenient. I look forward to returning.

The food in the hotel restaurant was very good.

Great spot and friendly staff

The hotel itself is very nice but the staff communication is very very poor. The room is very nice, well decorated, comfortable bed, and a nice bath bathroom. There's a pool and a spa. Both very nice and very clean. The restaurant was a little pricey but not more than you would expect for a hotel and the food quality was outstanding. However, if you eat at the hotel, you should pay at the restaurant. Uruguay as a 17% vat that it gets rebated to foreign travelers. But if you put the expenses to your room, you don't get the rebate. You also have to pay in US dollars if you pay at checkout. Between losing out on the repay and the exchange rate, it's about 20% more expensive. This is something the hotel should communicate probably multiple times. It's a shame cuz all of this came to light at checkout, without ruining it otherwise lovely stay. Also, the location is good but a little far from the good cafes in the neighborhood.

All service staff so helpful, great experience, modern hotel, surroundings, music and entertainment really professional and contemporary. Helped us get tickets for International Football. Do not hesitate to stay here
