Staff were friendly and helpful enough. This places you right downtown just a block away from Av 18 de Julio and a short walk to Plaza Independencia and the Peatonal Sarandi. The hotel itself and the rooms are unfortunately shabby. My room smelled like a mix of stale cigarettes and mildew. The place needs work. A very poor value relative to the HUGE upgrade you’ll get spending only $5 more per night for another hotel in the area.

Localized is very good "La ubicación del hotel es muy buena, pero nuestra experiencia con la habitación fue muy decepcionante. Hicimos y pagamos una reserva para tres personas, pero al llegar nos entregaron una habitación que no tenía las camas necesarias. Además, el cuarto tenía un olor muy fuerte a cigarrillo, lo que resultó muy incómodo. Esperábamos recibir el servicio por el cual pagamos para tres huéspedes."

Buena limpieza, con cambio de sábanas, estancia 5 días. Ubicación céntrica bien comunicado con ómnibus en la misma calle Colonia. Aunque claro lejos de la terminal Tres Cruces. A unos 25' del mercado del puerto. Buena atención del personal. Habitación con baño completo. Pago con tarjeta. Pero en dólares hubiese resultado mas económico. Falta servicio de desayuno.

La verdad ese hotel no tendría que tener el privilegio de estar en su página, es espantoso. La habitación completamente sucia, paredes chorreadas, sábanas y acolchado totalmente asquerosos y quemados, hab sin aire acondicionado. Cama de 1 plaza y media para un matrimonio. Minúscula y con un precio elevado para tal estado, nunca había tenia tan mala experiencia. Nos retiramos y solicitamos reembolso.

Establecimiento económico del que no hay que esperar demasiado. Personal muy servicial y amable. Pero las habitaciones son viejas, las camas están desgastadas y las habitaciones huelen a tabaco frío. Un trabajo de pintura fresca y nuevas camas harían de este viejo edificio un lugar bueno y barato para alojarse. / Inexpensive establishment that you shouldn't expect too much from. Very helpful and friendly staff. But the rooms are old, the beds are worn and the rooms smell of cold tobacco. A fresh paint job and new beds would make this old building a good and cheap place to stay.
