The dorm bed is dark and not cleaned regularly

So, I booked the bunk bed for 9 days from oct 17th to oct 26 but arrive last night oct 20th. It bugs me a lot that the room is totally different with its website pics. The loud from other bars, the unprofessional of the receptionist and the hygiene of beds are things I haven't aware of. I have to run away to another hotel nearby and wasted 700k there. It's the most unpleasant place I have been to. Will never coming back.

Rooms and beds are completely different from the pictures provided. Hostel is only on a small 8th floor. All amenities are not up to a hostel standard. Bad rooms, because winter can not be 2 cool, people mainly colored people live long (if you are not surprised), toilets and bathrooms are cramped and people sitting there to live extremely inconvenient. High price compared to what a hostel brings. I accepted to take 2 nights to move to another place to stay. Please mind it!

The accommodation is really unhygienic. I came to call the phone number that was given to me, I was only able to get to the entrance to the 8th floor staircase. The place was really dark, hot and without air conditioning. Any bed is empty.

The staffs are kind and all but their comfort room or restroom is super not safe and also the people or guests who stays there some of the man are very scary that's why I only lasted for a day and looked for another hotel to transfer. I’m sorry

Very dirty, too crowded (25 beds in 1 small room), no power socket, no bed light. Even at 3am it's still too noisy (sound from nearby bars). The elevator is tiny and seems super dangerous. Ok I agree it's cheap. But if you can afford $4-5 per night, search for another dorm nearby, much better!

Clean but slightly tight. But at such a cheap price, it was great

Staff is kind but does not speak English. Beds and rooms are not as they are shown in the website. Extremely confusing to get to.

It's dirty and not good. Don't recommend for anybody.

Suggest that the owner often wash more blankets. A lot of bugs with a bad smell. Despite knowing it was cheap, it was not so great.

I book a hostel for 1 night because it's so late in HCMC. 2 AM to the hostel check in, the cute owner cedes her bed. But scary, bug bugs bite me so much that they make it itchy and can't sleep. It is 3:15 AM and I have to move to another hotel nearby. Not only that, the hostel has many colored people "I don't want to be discriminatory" but the scent of warm perfume smells with the smell is definitely not relaxing for you. Hopefully the hostel will have further improvements in cleanliness. I will never come back.

Hot, narrow and dirty. at that time the air conditioner was broken, but it was slow to anticipate. be hot until you go home.

Pillow blankets smell, rooms are not clean and messy. In front of Bui Vien street, it was quite noisy.

I have dorm room for 1 person here. When I arrived, it was difficult to find the correct address. Asked if the receptionist I booked, he did not bother to look and said this was not a hotel. I called by the room, there was 1 sister who asked me to go up to the 8th floor. Calling again, I asked her to find somewhere to send, but she did not. It was like a terrace designed for field battles and placed a bunk bed. 1 group of young people sitting in the room talking. Worst experience ever! I booked a dorm here and came around 10pm. The elevator was scary and unsafe. There was only one bed left without the curtain. They said because It's below the aircond, so if they hang a curtain that the air can't flow around the room. The receptionist wasn't there instead of her boy - a 8yrs kid, I guess. He said that I could stay there and wait for his mom who would do the check-in for me on tomorrow. That was a nightmare! There was a room full of beds, approx over 20 beds/30m2 room, mixed men and women with lots of luggages on the floor. Seemed that no locker available. Shoes and socks were everywhere at the entrance. Everything was dark, smelly and dirty that I couldn't breath unless I was on the upstair bed. You can imagine a mixed-place with shocks, body smell, moldy smell. Mostly visitor are Indian here, Idk why. I had to made another booking and run away.

The location is so perfect... However, there is a stranger smell in the room... But the owner is so friendly...

Location is excellent, close to backpacker street but surprisingly quiet at night. Bed is super comfortable, I love the little storage underneath at the top the bed :) decoration is lovely, feel vintage vibe and so cosy there. Make sure you book this one, not the one right on bui vien street though.

The place was totally s***. Not every one can accept the nest condition, I didn't stay there and direct sear,h for other stay location.
