I booked a room for 2 nights with a very careful note (gray and white room, with a love seat), but when I checked in, the room was this color (very disappointing). I just used Traveloka and found it good but (booked for the 2nd time on the app, both times were disappointing) the images are for illustration purposes only, not as requested by the customer.

thiết kế phòng giống hình như phòng rất nhỏ, khách sạn rất cũ (cả bên ngoài và bên trong). mặc dù đã cải tạo lại nhưng vách tường, cửa phòng đều đã rất cũ, cách âm tệ, nệm giường cũng cũ, có mùi cống rất rất khó chịu, địa điểm xung quanh là khu chợ, không xứng đáng giá tiền ~600k.

I booked a room for 2 nights with a very careful note (gray and white room, with a love seat), but when I checked in, the room was this color (very disappointing). I just used Traveloka and found it good but (booked for the 2nd time on the app, both times were disappointing) the images are for illustration purposes only, not as requested by the customer.
