The hotel response is good. my toilet tap was leaking and they fixed it immediately after I had reported.

(*) The linking policy of booking online and A25 is very different from booking directly at A25: - Check in and check out via the app: only until 12pm - Direct at A25: within 24 hours from the time of check in. So when I checked in at 1 am, to 12 o'clock had to check out. Not knowing the difference, I had to pay for another night of stay in the hotel. (*) Staff - Thank you, my friendly boyfriend, for helping me to transfer Grab documents I forgot at the hotel to the airport. Thank you for bringing breakfast to your two daughters for breakfast, when I have to go to the meeting. - Only give advice to girls about consulting as well as answering customers (November 1) who are not professional and thorough. Hotel in the center, opposite the park is very convenient. Clean room, friendly and enthusiastic receptionist. Free breakfast however is not rich. A slightly old bathroom interior. With such a price in the center is reasonable.

I asked for late check out at 1pm as my flight is 4.20pm, but the hotel insisted that I checked out before 12 noon because I book through website. Does it mean that if I book through other channel or directly with the hotel. I can have late check out?
