The hotel's location is convenient, but it's quite crowded, so when you check in, you see other groups of guests waiting with furniture all over the lobby on the reception floor (a bit messy). - There is no parking lot, next to it there is a vacant lot for 4 cars for those who leave early. Arriving late, customers bring their own items to the street side (70,000 VND/night). - The elevator is slow and dirty. The room is cramped, with reasonable furniture arrangement. - The towels are discolored, the hotel should replace them with new ones or bleach them completely white. - App is convenient and easy to use.

Ksan ok, nhưng nhân viên dọn phòng hơi sơ xài. mọi người hãy cẩn thận với bảo vệ trẻ khoảng 30 mấy và các tài xế đậu trước cửa khách sạn nha vì chèo kéo khách mà thấy mắc hơn giá mình tự tìm hiểu

Terrible stay also staff unprofessional. Bathrom was bad, I was hurt on foot when I was taking shower because of bathrom door stop at shower room, it was really inconvenient. I will not staying there anymore.

Phòng tiện lợi cho 2 người ở, giá cả hợp lý, ngay mặt đường, lễ tân niềm nở và nhiệt tình, khách sạn gần biển Mỹ Khê nên có thể đi bộ ra, gần có các cửa hàng tiện lợi mở 24/7 và các cửa hàng mua đồ đặc sản. Không gần các quán gội đầu và quán đồ ăn đêm thì chưa đa dạng nhưng tựu trung là rất tốt.

Khách sạn gần biển. Được nâng hạng phòng miễn phí. Các bạn lễ tân nhiệt tình, hỗ trợ khách rất nhiều. Riêng bác bảo vệ tên minh rất thô lỗ với khách. Hôm mình nhờ gửi đồ bác rất khó chịu. Mình để ý thấy khách gửi hành lý bác quát nạt rất to trong khi sảnh rất đông khách. Khách sạn nên xem lại cách làm việc của bảo vệ

+ vị trí gần biển Võ Văn Kiệt, đi bộ 2p - phòng tối, không thoáng, tường bẩn, cảm giác khá u ám, decor bình thường phòng có thể nâng hạng nhưng khi hỏi thì nhân viên nói hết phòng

Phòng rộng rãi, mình thuê suite room cho 4 người nên có 2 phòng riêng biệt, 2 wc rất tiện. Khách sạn gần biển nên đi xíu là ra tới biển. Vị trí giao thông thuận lợi. Nhân viên nhiệt tình.
