Shower was a squeeze to get into, the door hits the vanity, poor design. Had originally asked for an additional bed (paid extra for this) as we have our son travelling with us however after the 1st night we realised this bed was not required. We asked for the bed to be removed and refund the rest of the amount. The staff then told us that they would charge us an additional person in the room if they took out the extra bed we paid for. We showed them the original booking where it stated 2 adults and one child and no additional fee was payable however kept referring to it as 'hotel policy'. Further attempts to address this matter were ignored by staff. Not happy this was not addressed at all. We enjoyer the daily breakfast provided.

The sound proofing of rooms is very poor. I can’t sleep well at night because I can hear noises from the guests next door and children stamping and running around in the room, things dropping on the floor…etc.

Some confusion with booking via Wotif. Booked for 5 in a family room and then paid extra for this. Then only catered for 4 people. Squishy but satisfactory, we would have liked to know this prior

Travelled with 2kids so I wanted to stay somewhere convenient to walk around Ben Thanh and surrounding. The staff is very helpful and friendly always suggesting things for us. The only issues we have is the shower is very slow hard to wash off shampoo. Beside that everything is good, kids love the swimming pool.

Great hotel with excellent breakfast. I suggest getting a room with a window...my room was windowless which was kind of odd but overall it’s a fine hotel and I’ll stay there again when I’m back in HCMC.

Hotel is in a good location. Room good size and quiet. We liked the comfy king sized bed. The pool and bar were convenient and a relief in the heat. Didn’t find the front desk helpful to recommend restaurants or spas though.

the overall design of the facility is good.
We do not like the design of the bathroom with the screen to separate the bathroom and the bedroom. The glass door of the bathtub is only half way so the water splashes outside. It's strange to us that many hotels there place the bathtub separately from the wall. The bathtub is too high. If I have problem with mobility, I can not get in. Somehow, it seems to be standard in VN.
