Phòng rất sạch sẽ. Phòng mình đặt có cửa sổ nhìn ra sân thượng rất sáng sủa, nhưng đi thang bộ lên tầng 4 hơi cao. Mình đặt phòng trước ngày nghỉ tầm 2 tuần. Mình đã đặt cho kỳ nghỉ 6 đêm, tuy nhiên mình chỉ ở 2 đêm và đã được hỗ trợ hoàn tiền bởi app. Nguyên nhân là mình đặt giá rẻ và ở phòng khách sạn nhiều nên cô đề nghị chuyển đi nơi khác vì không đáp ứng được tiền điện. Cụ thể là chiều ngày thứ 2 mình xuống đi biển thì cô có hỏi mình tựa như là “Nè ngày nào mấy đứa cũng như này (ở cả ngày) hả? Cô không chịu được tiền điện hai đứa dùng”. Ở tại đây hai đêm mình không thoải mái và khó đối mặt với lễ tân về vụ giá cả này, dù biết rằng đó là deal của app và khách sạn, nhưng lại mang trải nghiệm không tốt đến khách hàng. Mình cũng được biết giá rẻ trên app là do app đang ưu đãi sau dịch cho khách dùng, nhưng app vẫn sẽ trả đủ cho khách sạn số tiền gốc. Đặt lưu trú mà phải đi chơi nhiều mới được ở vì ít tốn tiền điện của khách sạn. Mình đã chuyển đi ngay vào sáng hôm sau, và đã được app hỗ trợ mã giảm giá cho lần đặt tiếp theo vì sự bất tiện này. Cảm ơn app đã hỗ trợ rất nhanh cho mình để kịp trong ngày có khách sạn để ở!

Nói chung là không chê vào đâu được, cô chủ take care từ a-z. Mình rất thích ^^

During our stay, we were psychologically old, so we didn't go out late until 10 o'clock and already went back to the room. We also asked him if he could go one day and also informed him about the time of his return, but the next day, he seemed to say something like "we'll only come back after 1 o'clock", the next day we also kept the idea of returning at 10 o'clock. I saw the hotel closed. In general, tourism is closed at 10 o'clock, so there's nothing left to do. The culmination was that on the day we checked out at 9am, he knocked on the door and told him to check out early while the deadline was 12am with the reason for early check-in. We didn't at first because we had to pay at 12 o'clock, but then we also told him to pay early at 11:15 for the cleaning uncle, which he told us, verbatim, "just a bargain". Mình đặt phòng qua app nên giá sale rất hợp lý. Cô chú siêu siêu siêu nhiệt tình, luôn hỗ trợ chúng mình mọi thứ và tư vấn lịch trình đi du lịch cực kỳ chu đáo. Phòng ốc sạch sẽ, gọn gàng, đầy đủ tiện nghi. Khách sạn ở gần biển nên đi ra rất thuận tiện. Lần sau vào Đà Nẵng thì mình sẽ vẫn lựa chọn phòng ở đây ❤️
