The room is quite large, the price is reasonable. I came to the room a little early so the stage of cleaning is not very good, there are still belongings of the guests in the room before. Hygiene is relatively clean, but bed sheets and blankets are not changed every day. Drinking water is charged but only 10k VND, reasonable price. I am quite satisfied with the hotel, if I have the opportunity to visit Dalat will return.

Room with airy balcony. However, the soundproofing room is not good, the sound of living room next door is very loud. The television in the room was not working, had a receptionist but it still could not be fixed. Although guests stay at 3N2D, the hotel does not clean the room and there is no welcome spring water like other hotels

Information provided to customers is inaccurate, more money is exchanged from customers, rooms at 4 nights do not change without drap and towels, when guests request to clean, only cover the old ones and clean up the room, very dirty and no responsibility. The room is not soundproofed well, it is very noisy to catch outside noise and the rooms next to it are very big, the heater is difficult to adjust when it is too hot when it is too cold. Tollet occasionally smells bad. The bed has a dirty and itchy feeling, very uncomfortable, the drap of my room is also torn. In short, it's not advisable to leave here to ruin your vacation.

I received the room with a bath with a bathtub, I had no need to use the bath but could not use the shower with warm, or very cold or very hot water. Room with no sound insulation. When I rent a car, I do not notice that Sunday will be counted as one day. When I charged, I collected one day. The card is charged. The staff is also not very enthusiastic.

The hotel room smelled from the toilet, the wifi was broken, missed 3 nights booking but the night stay was terrible. late at night and then reluctant to move, so I have to suffer. reflecting the hotel and the booking party but not for check-out, I accepted to take money 2 days later to rent another room. p / s: more experience for you to check the room first, then set it, but only photos can see the room, there are many more things needed, for example: smell, wifi quality, attitude, service ...

Well, my first impressions of this place were the very friendly staff, very nice and cozy room. However, I was not very satisfied with the service they provide and the facilities inside the room. With regards to the service, things like coffee, motorbike and especially laundry were all offered at a higher price than usual, which made feel quite uncomfortable, About the room, the space and the arrangement of furniture were great, but the problem was that it lacked too many things. In the bathroom, for example, there was no place to hang my clothes, no toilet paper. Another thing that frustrated me was that they did not clean the room, even when I booked a 3-day stay. I think that I will find another place to stay if I am to visit Da Lat again.
