Nice room, enthusiastic and attentive receptionist. I arrived in Sapa at 3am, before the staff contacted when to come, and told me when to call, because I also announced it was late at night ... The room is full of convenience, wooden decor is quite refined In addition, tea, coffee and filtered water are available ... The bathroom has a dryer, toiletries, and will continue here if you come back to Sapa.

Overall the room is quite clean. However, the electric kettle and the glass are very dusty. The staff is friendly and it can check in at any time. The location is very strategic, close to anywhere. The food lacks variety but it's quite delicious and the fruit is fresh. Thank you 😍

Furnitures are old, but the room was spacious, clean, and comfy. We were given a free room upgrade upon arrival! Breakfast menu is limited, but the taste was okay. Some staff didn't speak english, but still very accomodating and helpful.

The hotel was empty and only had its own room. Sad thinking The hotel service is good, the manager is cute and funny, and also lets us borrow a car to go out. In the morning, he made good morning pho. Good service, good, good price, next to the center, walking to the square. 1 billion star rating
