The room is ok, I booked for 1 day but because my flight was late I wanted to book another day, I saw that there were still rooms available on the app but the staff said there were no more rooms, probably forgot to lock the app. There are many choices in Hanoi so you can go somewhere else to continue your experience. Cheers

We were very impressed with the receptionist's service, they took us into a taxi and said goodbye when I will check out. Located is very strategic and many delicious food and cheap around hotel area. Breakfast is good, we expected their breakfast just simple but the actual we are very satisfied, their breakfast is completed and many delicious food.

For those who check in early from Sapa, it is better to rent a room the day before, so that when you arrive early you can go straight to your room. Because the hotel does not have a proper bathroom in the lobby. The bathroom that is available is a shared bathroom for women and men and the lobby is narrow. Early check in with a fee like in Sapa is also not possible.
