So wonderful, Mr. Sun. Initially booked a room on this. Seeing the comments from many of you are still quite skeptical. But after checking in. Then my emotions broke down. The room is very clean, fully equipped, the receptionist is enthusiastic. The elevator has an outdoor view, very beautiful. And especially the price is very cheap. Everyone should experience it. At this price, there's nothing to complain about

I have been to the beach many times but rarely have I seen a place where the toilet is so well taken care of: bright mirror, clean sink, rust-free faucet, unstained walls – feels like a brand new hotel even though it has clearly been in operation for several years.

This time we went to the beach with a group of old friends from college. Each of us stayed in a separate room, but we all agreed that every room was clean, well-arranged, with fragrant toilets, triangular toilet paper, and spotless bed sheets – showing that the hotel took great care of everything.

When I arrived to check in, it was raining. The receptionist came out with an umbrella, took me to my room, and then asked carefully if I needed anything else in the room - unpretentious but very delicate and friendly service.

The hotel's location is very reasonable. In the morning, we can swim in the sea, at noon, we can go back to our room to shower and then go out to eat. The distance from the sea to the hotel is only about 200m, clean, and we don't have to cross the main road, so I find it very convenient, especially when I have children with me.

I must say that the hotel's customer service is very good. I booked the wrong check-in time and asked the staff to change it for me. They supported me very enthusiastically and quickly. It was an unforgettable experience at the hotel. Next time I go to Vung Tau, I will definitely choose Big Hotel to stay.

I rarely give reviews but the experience was terrible. The room smelled bad, the furniture was quite old, the wifi was weak. Especially the experience at 1:30 am, the fire alarm rang, I thought there was a fire but it turned out the fire alarm was broken. It rang loudly many times, and it took a long time. When I went down, there was no apology or anything, sleep is very important when traveling but still like that, I couldn't sleep all night. I wonder why the hotel is empty.

I booked a double bed for 6 people but I only received 1 double bed room, the remaining 2 single bed rooms. I asked the hotel staff if there was a room with 1 double bed for us to change, the hotel said that there would be an additional fee of 300k/room, while I paid on the app for more than 500k/room, they charged an additional 300k/room, so we rented 800k/room, a total of 600k/2 rooms, I asked the hotel and the hotel said that they received a refund on the app of 390k, the traveloka app charged a high fee, not them. While I asked to take a photo and send the price, they covered up the story and refused to send it. They reserved the room for tourists who did not book in advance, they charged 600k/double bed room. I am very disappointed with the hotel, I booked a room through the app and the hotel had the same situation. Traveloka should have a binding policy with the hotel, like this, no one wants to book through the app. while I booked a room at 7pm, drove down to VT at 11pm, the next morning at 12pm I checked out. The hotel should support customers so that they will come back next time, like this, I don't want to come back.

I booked a double bed for 6 people but I only received 1 double bed room, the remaining 2 single bed rooms. I asked the hotel staff if there was a room with 1 double bed for us to change, the hotel said that there would be an additional fee of 300k/room, while I paid on the app for more than 500k/room, they charged an additional 300k/room, so we rented 800k/room, a total of 600k/2 rooms, I asked the hotel and the hotel said that they received a refund on the app of 390k, the traveloka app charged a high fee, not them. While I asked to take a photo and send the price, they covered up the story and refused to send it. They reserved the room for tourists who did not book in advance, they charged 600k/double bed room. I am very disappointed with the hotel, I booked a room through the app and the hotel had the same situation. Traveloka should have a binding policy with the hotel, like this, no one wants to book through the app. while I booked a room at 7pm, drove to VT at 11pm, the next morning at 12pm I checked out. The hotel should support customers so that they will come back next time, like this, I don't want to come back.

Are you a group named Mai Mai: you booked 4 rooms. 1 Family room for 4 guests. 2 Twin rooms, 1 Double room. The hotel has delivered all the rooms. 310.408.409.808. Traveloka has worked with the hotel. When checking out, the guests did not say anything.
