This place is very nice and clean - will come back again

My family has 2 rooms here! I went with 3 adults 1 child 6 years old 1 child 2 years old 1 child 11 months. Then I book another room for my friend. Including 2 adults and 1 4-year-old baby. All 3 rooms I live in had problems: flushing toilets was very difficult, going down badly, then lying around waiting for water to fill and flush several more times. Tell the staff to go up then it is not resolved. Bao is giving up. The hotel does not have a car park, nor can it show me where to park, where??? We had to find a parking spot by our front desk and called me to move the car 2-3 times Early in the morning and late at night, we also had to move the car There was one night my husband was so dumb, the hotel owner forced the car to move again My husband said I was dumb Could not move, I said the cars inside to help me. (parked, leaving the road, not completely blocking anyone's path) The hotel owner told his husband that he did not know how to live! It was at the peak that I decided to move to another hotel. And I spent the remaining 2 days' room charge. I rarely review bad for a place because I know it will affect their reputation and business. But this hotel service is very bad, never come back and I post up so people know that to dodge so I don't have to go but bring me as angry. The unhappy spirit also affected the family's Christmas vacation. Very disappointing.

Returning to the 2nd time, everything was still as great as the first. The hotel is clean, fragrant, cool, excellent service, friendly and lovely staff. The hotel location is quite near the center and also convenient to go far away.

Nice room as pictures on internet, pretty quiet as expected but towels are a little bit old. Will stay again if possible.

The staff is not friendly, the "criminal" face, the price of 2-wheeled car is quite high compared to the rental car, the room is not nice like in the picture. Summary is not satisfied with this hotel service.

I had a wonderful vacation in Binh Nguyen 2. Small hotel with just enough amenities. There are elevators, clean and small rooms. The bed is smooth, the area is very safe and quiet. In the morning, there is a friendly receptionist who walks away or asks questions and only offers delicious and cheap meals. Every day before going out of the playroom, she asks if she needs to clean the room. The only minus point is the car to stay in the sunny and rainy street.

Highly recommend this place. I think it is the best deal for the price. If you like an accommodation among a colorful garden then this is not the place. But with the same price, you got a big, modern and full equiped room: private toilet, hot water, TV, hairdryer, room service everyday, etc. Just like in a 2 or 3 star hotel :))). Will definitely come back next time.
