The resort is great. All the staff are friendly, cheerful, and enthusiastic, especially the electric car drivers who support customers very thoughtfully and quickly. If there is a chance, my family will come back.

We had a lovely 5 day stay at Carmelina with our 2.5yo. The staff were all absolutely lovely, and our room was very comfortable. There were many considerate factors for families, such as rounded bed edges. There was a lot of consideration put into the resort design, from the many lovely fish ponds, gorgeous greenery to the many different cute figurines of different animals. We really liked some of the self-sustaining features of Carmelina, such as their home grown fruits (all delicious). Some of the pools and equipment showed wear and tear, and ideally would be updated soon. We did not venture out from the resort, and the town center was a bit over 1km away, which was too much for our toddler to handle.

We are traveling extensively throughout Vietnam, we found this place and could not be more impressed with the staff and the facilities. We took advantage of the facilities, including Pickleball pools, restaurants, and walking the beautiful gardens. Most impressive part of our stay was by far the attention to detail by the staff. We really enjoyed, our time with Daisy in services On the Pickleball annd dining and David the sales and marketing manager were both very helpful. Would highly recommend families and couples. We expect to return in the future from the United States and look forward to it.

Resort is old, im dissapointed in kidsclub, its old not well maintained. Food is okay. Beach isnt clean as I thought. First room conditioning broke but tge hotel rep took long time to fix my prob, it took almost a day to get my room changed. The workers all very nice. I would not come back as my kid didnt like this place.

The food and the staff were excellent and so much for the kids to do. They have afternoon tea which we joined everyday, their passion fruit juice was amazing as it is fresh squeezed from their own passion fruit trees. Hotel rooms and grounds overall were clean and well maintained, however the beach left a little to be desired. The small portion of beach directly connected to the hotel was mostly clean but on the beach on both sides the property needs to be cleaned up. Again, great staff and food, clean rooms and grounds, lots for the kids to do, afternoon tea is great but if the beach could be better maintained this would be a a regular place for us to stay.

The hotel is nice and clean. This is a place for kids and my grandkids loved it. Staff are all nice, food is good. The only problem was so many flies in the restaurant and we can’t eat well coz the flies will dive-in to our food! They said that was because of the rain😩. Suggest to install screen doors.
They said that they have another restaurant but as they took us there, it was the same place only different room. And the menu-the same.

A beautiful tropical paradise. Lovely staff, lovely food. Room 312 was comfortable with nice view over the garden. Facilities for kids are plenty which is great for family getaway, but some corners need maintenance. Overall we had a relaxing stay.

In general ok but a laflet let in the room with a map of all entertainment place with opening hours will be more than appreciate. (Need to look at the map on the road).
Breakfast ok with lot of dish.
Good for family with small kids (4-5 years ols) as there are several swimming pool with games. It is not a place for"romantic" as surounded with kids !!!

Very good facilities for children, just too bad that there is not much shade around the children areas so 11-15h is not really the time to be outside. Large property with beautiful gardens. Clean and well maintained rooms, just the smell of humidity makes the rate 4 instead of 5. Friendly staff. The only thing that is not so pleasant is the canteen alike restaurant, plus not all the food was tasty.

We enjoyed our stay at Carmelina Beach resort very much. The staff were very friendly, helpful and humble.
although we had a language barrier, they tried their best to make a conversation with us, and help us where ever they can.
The resort and rooms were very clean and neat.
The restaurant staff made an effort on valentines day - they dressed a table for us with flowers and wine.
and after dinner they spoiled us with dessert.
This resort and their staff, made our stay very easy and comfortable.
would definitely recommend it to anyone who needs a break away from all the hustle and bustle of the city.

- I would say foods are much better than other resorts which I already stayed such as Vinpearl Phu Quoc.
- Beach is OK

One of the most beautiful hotels I've ever stayed at, right on the beach with fantastic facilities - even "paint balling" !!!
However, when we went in April, there was no-one there!!!!!!! We had the pool and restaurant to ourselves. It wasn't a problem, just weird. Also, there's nothing to do in the area except stay in the hotel, go on the beach or swim in the pool. You can walk to a small fishing area in the next "village" which is interesting, but that's all. The biggest problem is getting there from Ho Chi Minh. It costs a fair bit by taxi and I suggest you don't use the hotel car as that's expensive. What we did, which was fun, was to go by hydrofoil along the river to Vung Tao - you can buy tickets at the Majestic Hotel (and other places). Then get a taxi from Vung Tao.
