The hotel is far from the center, all the furniture is old, poor hygiene, unusable old TV, bad bedding and toilets, no fridge, unconnected desk phone cannot be spoken Overall disappointment. 😞 home with the best baby should not come here.

The hotel is too far from the center, just near the pier to visit the bay. Every time you go to the beach to go to the beach or have a meal, it is very time-consuming and expensive to call.
The reception is not enthusiastic and superficial. My family has booked a lunch at the hotel (call to book via the contact number of the hotel) on the first day to Cat Ba. However, it is unclear at what stage the error when the hotel received the notice "the kitchen did not receive the order Oder at the hotel".
