We had an amazing stay at Chicland. 1. The staff were all helpful and friendly. There was always someone there to help. Upon arrival, there will be someone with an umbrella to help cover you from the hot sun. Someone to help with your luggage. The reception staff were all friendly. The wait staff at the 3rd floor for breakfast, the 1st floor for the restaurant and at the 21st floor for the bar & pool area were attentive. There is always someone cleaning the hotel as well. 2. Our room was clean and comfortable. We love the design of the room. There was no noise at all so we slept well. 3. The pool with its view of the ocean is worth the stay. We liked the gym with its modern equipment. I like that there is a cold water dispenser there along with a cool speaker that's Bluetooth compatible with my phone. 4. The food is high quality for the breakfast buffet. We had lunch and it did not disappoint as well. We ordered tea from the cute tea stand in front of the hotel. 5. The location is also perfect as it's across the street from the beach. It's also near 3 night markets that are about 10min away or even closer. We highly recommend this beautiful and amazing hotel 😊

The hotel feels like a resort in the heart of the city. Green design, very Vietnamese but very modern of a famous architect. Layout and design in a reasonable and airy room. The infinity pool and the rooftop bar are extremely beautiful, free to take virtual photos. The dining room is airy and luxurious like a resort. Food is delicious and varied. The hotel location is too great. Opposite is My Khe beach, famous restaurant right next door. The shampoo shop is also close by. Friendly staff attitude. Looking forward to running out of translation soon to go to Da Nang in Chicland.

Staff were very accommodating and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. Restaurants across from hotel seem to be more of a tourist trap but there are plenty of walkable good restaurants nearby. Would stay again.
